Sign Up Fee:

999 GBP (One time payment, of which 300 GBP processing fee and 699 GBP on boarding fee)

Term:

12 months (Automatic contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

159 GBP per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).
Additional the technology fee is either 159 GBP per month, or 139 GBP per month if paid annually upfront at once.

Admin Fee:

750 GBP per year (150 GBP if 1.Valuation closed, 150 GBP if 2., 3, 4. and 5.Valuation closed)

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month

If you suggest a new Real Estate Agent, you will receive 5% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals.

If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 49 GBP and with the 10 month to 5 GBP and you keep connected.
